Shipping & Returns

Shipping
The standard shipping method is UPS. Most orders for stock products are shipped within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise specified. Orders containing products that are currently out of stock will be backordered and the shipment delayed so that your order can ship complete. You will be notified via email of the backorder status and approximate ship date. Rush orders requiring same day shipping, regardless of the ship method chosen must be received by 2:00PM Pacific Time. Or they will be shipped out the next business day.

Damage
Claims for shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the order by contacting Wildfire customer service at: (310) 755-6780 x100 or via email at: sales@wildfirelighting.com. Include photos of both the damaged product and packaging. If possible, you should have the carrier make a note of the damage if it is visible when you take possession of the package and sign for it. If the damage is hidden and found later, contact Wildfire as soon as the damage is discovered. Save all packaging materials and cartons until the claim has been settled as sometimes the carrier may want to examine them.

Returns
Most items may be returned for a refund or credit, less shipping costs within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new condition with all original packaging and documentation. Special order and date sensitive items are not returnable. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items may be returned for a full refund, credit, or replacement. All claims for shortages, damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting Wildfire customer service at: (310) 755-6780 x100 or via email at: sales@wildfirelighting.com. All items returned to Wildfire must have a return authorization number clearly marked on each package. To obtain a return authorization number contact Wildfire customer service prior to returning any items. Shipping costs on all returned items except damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items must be prepaid. A shipping label will be provided for returning damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items at the time the return authorization number is issued. Collect shipments for freight allowances or shipments without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
